Dr. Jenna’s desire to become a chiropractor was one that stemmed from her own personal experience. At a young age, she broke her femur, leading to a noticeable difference in one leg length and a scoliosis of her spine. After suffering excruciating back and hip pain during dance classes, her parents took her to a Chiropractor.

Dr. Jenna saw first hand the power of chiropractic. With the help of her chiropractor, Dr. Jenna was able to dance at a highly competitive level. Dr. Jenna believes that optimum health can be achieved with a combination of exercise, a balanced diet, a positive attitude, time spent outdoors, and a healthy nervous system that comes with having a well-aligned spine!

Dr. Jenna and her family support one another in living this healthy lifestyle. Running and going on family bike rides outside in their community, practicing yoga, or supporting her children Zachary and Adeline in their activities are just a few of the things Dr. Jenna enjoys in her spare time!

Dr Ryan’s first chiropractic experience was over 20 years ago related to a football injury sustained in high school. After not being able to stand fully upright, let alone participate in a practice or game for two weeks, it was a visit to the chiropractor and three quick treatments before returning to the field. He has been an advocate for the practice ever since and has finally switched careers to join this amazing profession.

Dr Ryan took an unorthodox path before graduating in 2024 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. He first obtained a diploma in Engineering Design followed by a degree in Technology Management; both from NAIT. He worked for over a decade in the steel fabrication industry and is proud to have been involved with numerous projects in Edmonton and across the western provinces.

Dr Ryan can empathize with your pain. He suffered from chronic, debilitating low back pain for thirteen years with no apparent cause and no real diagnosis despite multiple scans and bloodwork from both medical and alternative practitioners. His frustration led to him taking his healing into his own hands. He is familiar with the physical and mental aspects of pain and how the mind can manifest itself in the body. What he has learned through his own healing journey, he incorporates into a patient-centered approach by utilizing manual adjustments, MRT, acupuncture, and exercise.

Dr Ryan maintains his health through regular exercise, gratitude, self-improvement, time outdoors, and of course, regular visits to the chiropractor. He believes stimulating both sides of the nervous system to maintain mind and body balance is a keystone to longevity.

Many patients seek out Dr. Tripat when they feel nothing else has worked.

She is a registered acupuncturist, trained at Grant MacEwan University, with a rare blend of Western medical training (medical graduate, not a licensed physician) and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This unique background allows her to bridge the precision of science with the holistic wisdom of acupuncture. Her own healing journey showed her that true health is more than treating symptoms, it’s about restoring balance, resilience, and joy.

Her focus includes chronic pain, women’s reproductive health, and mental-emotional wellness such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout. She is especially passionate about helping those who feel they’ve “tried everything else.” At the same time, she sees acupuncture as powerful preventative medicine — supporting long-term wellness, stress relief, and vitality before issues become overwhelming. Patients often share that she is the first practitioner who truly listens and connects the dots, helping them feel both understood and empowered.

Her treatments go beyond quick fixes. By addressing root causes, she helps patients step into a fuller, more vibrant life. Compassion, attunement, and empowerment are at the heart of her care, making each session a space to heal body, mind, and spirit.

If you’re looking for care that blends science with soul — Tripat is here to guide you.

Cora’s journey with CranioSacral Therapy began 2 decades ago. She volunteered to be a practice body for a massage therapist who had just taken a cranio course. After just a few minutes of touch-in at her feet, Cora’s entire body settled into a state of deep relaxation. It was like nothing she had ever experienced before, and it left a profound impression on her. Shortly after that experience, her mother was involved in an accident that included physical trauma to her arm and head. Upon discharge from hospital, she continued to have debilitating migraines and vertigo. Cora remembered cranio, and found a practitioner to treat her mom. She had a total of 3 treatments, and after the first treatment, there was dramatic improvement in her symptoms Overall, those 3 sessions were undeniably pivotal in her mom’s recovery from that trauma. Many years later, with her youngest child graduating high school, and facing an empty nest and a new chapter in her own life, Cora felt called to pursue certification in CranioSacral Therapy. This work has completely changed how she views Life, and Health, and the human Body, and has allowed her to connect deeply to the wonder and mystery of how we come to be, how we grow and develop, and how our body is always adapting and responding to maintain overall function. Every Biodynamic CranioSacral session allows her to witness the innate wisdom in our bodies, and how experiences that initially involved overwhelm become more fully integrated when the system has access to space and safety. We humans are social, relational beings, and the therapeutic contact of this hands-on modality communicates a sense of “you are not alone in this” which has a dramatic impact on the nervous system. Cora feels deeply honoured and humbled to be able to offer cranio experiences to others, and to witness clients coming into a deeper connected sense of their own body and vitality.
